We started out on this morning's spot with a repeat of gorgeous weather and searched for a notch better quality Tuna. We caught a few handfuls of 20-30lb grade, but getting a bite required patience. There were a few Wahoo around that got the best of us, except for our regular, Mr Dennis Saylors who caught a Fat Wahoo.
Running down tonight and hoping for Big ones tomorrow.

This afternoon was our first day of fishing and went just as we had hoped it would, with very steady fishing on 18 to 25lb Tuna - which got the Jitters out of everybody's system. Capt. Ray along with key players Taro, Andrew, Brad and Jordan on deck, backed into Pt Loma Sportfishing early this morning with a surprise catch of 24 tuna over 100lbs and 10 yellowfin tuna over 200lbs. They also caught Wahoo, Dorado and yellowtail and had beautiful weather all but one day of the trip - very nice.
