Hello everyone;
Weather continues to be excellent, with overcast skies, a slight breeze, and a bit chilly most of the day. But when it comes to Yellowfin tuna fishing, it’s all good. We had another good day of tuna fishing, for fish in the 70 to 90 pound range, with a good number over the 100 pound mark.
With the Yellowfin making a good showing, our Yellowtail count was down. Personnel best today, Tony Dinh, with a 115 pound Yellowfin tuna, Rick Jensen, with the largest fish of the trip (not on the kite) 133.6 pound Yellowfin tuna.
We made another tank of bait tonight, and we are hoping to put those to good us, tomorrow on some Yellowtail.
So until tomorrow, wish us luck, team R/p.
