"We had a great day today," wrote skipper Andy Cates for the Red Rooster III October 2. "Yellowtail action from daylight until sundown. (We're at the) same place as yesterday, with the same nice grade of fish. Lots of surface action and visuals, with sheets of yellows swimming through past the stern. We will be up the line tomorrow fishing kelps for tuna and dorado."
