"We had a nice day of fishing for school sized yellowfin tuna (15 to 45 pounds) and dorado," wrote skipper Bill Cavanaugh for the Intrepid November 12. "Our morning started with a decent little bite on dorado which got everyone warmed up. Later in the day, we had a number of stops on yellowfin tuna that were up to 45 pounds. A couple of these stops were encouraging in that the fish came up and were biting good for a period of time. We had some wind and chop in the morning and as there day progressed, our weather got better. We are continuing south with calm seas."
