HAPPY FATHERS DAY out there for all you dads and we hope you are having a great day.

Sounded like all of the boats had really good trips even though some of the boats reported a very slow go at the beginning of he trip till about halfway thru and then the fish began to bite quite a bit. One boat had some really big “PIGS” in the Lingcod department and in the mid-water fishing the Canary rockfish were really on the bite today.

Crabbing has improved from Good to Very Good in the shallow water spots we frequent from year to year.

Pretty nice ocean this morning which stayed with us thru the better half of the morning so we were able to get good fishing and crabbing in before the winds came up early afternoon. Mixed bag of results on our fishing trips this morning

First day the fleet has been out there after a few days of not-so-good weather and now we are seeing really nice weather in the forecast thru the upcoming weekend. Today one of the boats found a limit of rockfish and some nice lingcod out in the really deeper water where the normal hot bite on the inside reefs was falling short today on some of the other boats.  The great news was all the boats that were crabbing today came home......
