Capain Rick and the Chief called in at 10:15 a.m. with 32 Yellowtail between 20 and 25 pounds, and 6 Bluefin between 30 and 40 pounds.
The New Lo-An called in with 9 Bluefin Tuna(60-90 lbs) for their 1 Day trip.
The Point Loma called in with 31 Calico Bass(65 released), 1 Barracuda, 1 Sand Bass and 5 Rockfish for their AM 1/2 Day trip.
The Mission Belle called in with 24 Yellowtail, 6 Calico Bass, 1 Barracuda and 8 Rockfish for Full Day trip.
Upcoming Local Trips:
The 1/2 day boat Point Loma departs at 8:30 am for fishing at the local kelp beds and other hot spots. Ticket price is $52 for adults, $42 for seniors or active duty military and $37 for juniors. A California fishing license is additional. The Point Loma is now offering two trips a day 7 days a week. Departure times are at 8:30 am and at 3:00 pm.
The Mission Belle has Full Day Coronado Islands trips scheduled every day. These trips will be fishing for Yellowtail, Bass, Rockfish and other local species. Ticket price is $155 and includes your Mexican fishing license. A VALID PASSPORT OR PASSPORT CARD ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS TRIP.
Effective June 26, 2019 Point Loma Sportfishing has made some changes to the way we process payments. A small processing fee (3.5%) will be applied to all credit card transactions. Previously this cost was included in our prices but due to rising costs it needs to be factored separately. Thank you for your understanding.
