The SAN DIEGO's full day trip caught 120 yellowfin tuna and 1 bluefin tuna. The wise angler would be prepared to fish for tuna in the 10-30 pound range all the way up to bluefin tuna well over 100 pounds. Poppers, Colt snipers, Flat-falls are working as well as fly-lined baits.

The Tribute's overnight trip captured 8 bluefin tuna and 3 bonito. Trophy tuna for the trip was a 215# bluefin tuna.
