Without a doubt these Yellowtail have been extra sneaky these last couple days, leading us into all day searches, but only to come out winners in the end. Just like yesterday we spent many hours driving around but when we found the right ones, it was go time from Yoyo jigs to surface irons. When they wanted to play we hit them with it all. Having great success the last couple days in the Yellowtail department, we are feeling extremely lucky to have completed our mission and so with just a little time left, we're heading up the line in search of whatever offshore exotics may come our way. Doldrums As the new day dawned, I don't think anybody expected the curve ball that was going to be thrown at us today. We had a little night time action on good grade yellowfin, but daylight only brought long hours and missing fish. Unfortunately it was just one of those days where their noses were in the mud, and after a long day, a handful of Wahoo was the best that we could come up with.
