Icing
By far one of the most exciting things about being on the ocean is that you just never know what you're going to see on a daily basis. Today we took a couple HOURS break from fishing to hang out with an amazing friendly pod of orcas who not only showed off their magnificent features but also their incredible hunting abilities. Graceful yet so powerful, they displayed acts you can only see on t.v. Mother Nature was beautiful and generous with the amount of time we were able to spend with these whales. These moments will be talked about for a very long time and will absolutely never be forgotten. With the icing on the cake experience, we were also able to have plenty of action on yellowfin tuna to top off this once in a lifetime day. Still on a high, we are going spend the night and try for a few hours in the morning.

Keeping it rolling Even though we woke up to breezy conditions it did not affect us at all today. From the time we arrived to our destination, till late in the day these beautiful grade yellows kept us busy and smiling. From hot and heavy action to intermittent flurries, it was like yesterday never ended and with close up visual bites to fast bites it was worth the price of admission.
