After yesterday's choppy weather we woke up in flat calm weather and enjoyed some steady morning fishing on small yellowfin tuna. They bit pretty good until about 11 in the morning then they went down and disappeared. We looked around for a few more hours for no luck before we started traveling down to put us in position for yellowtail tomorrow. Some of the younger generation did not take the afternoon off but instead prepared one our favorite dinners showing off their barbecuing skills.

We all set goals for what we would like to accomplish and the same goes for us on the boat. We told ourselves that if we could catch 20 nice bluefin we would be stoked because where we were going above the banks the weather forecast was for choppy weather.
