The boat checked in to update us on today's activities on the American Angler. They saw good sign of fish, however, it was tough fishing conditions and hard to get a bite. By lunchtime they had 7 tuna and made a move. They are hoping to finish up in a big way.

Everyone was in the game today

Capt. Kiyohara called in tonight to report steady fishing on 80-190lb tuna today. There were one to three fish going for the majority of the day, with a period of slack time in the afternoon. Today's highlights include Planet's 248lber and Ron Kaufman joined the 200lb club with a 204. It was an ideal day because everyone on the boat caught a couple of nice fish and that's what it's all about....something for everyone! Check back tomorrow night American Angler...... Read More

The guys called tonight to give us an update here at home and sounds like despite a few rain squalls, they had a slow pick of nice tuna all day - most of them were from 70 - 150lbs. Capt Brian Kiyohara reported that there were 3 fortunate anglers to catch a 200lber - Kub Ito, Pat Gallagher and Glenn Bummer.
