Local Rockcod is Open for Business

The Point Loma returned from their last 1/2 day trip with 53 Rockfish, 43 Whitefish, 2 Perch and 18 Sculpin for 20 anglers.

The Mission Belle returned from their last Full Day Coronado Islands trip with 60 Misc Rockcod, 4 Sheephead, 11 Whitefish and 75 Vermillion Red Rockcod for their 15 anglers.


 

Local Trips:
 

The 1/2 day boat Point Loma departs at 8:30 am for fishing at the local kelp beds and other hot spots. Ticket price is $52 for adults, $42 for seniors or active duty military and $37 for juniors. Return time is around 2:30 pm. A California fishing license will be additional. No passport required for this trip.

The Mission Belle is scheduled daily for full day trip to the Coronado Islands. This trip will be targeting Yellowtail, Bonito, Bass and Rockfish. A valid passport or passport card is required for all passengers going on the trip. Ticket price includes your Mexican fishing license, tourist visa and biosphere bracelet.

The Point Loma just returned from their 1/2 day Rockfish opener and they caught 93 Rockfish and 4 Sculpin for 20 anglers. They head out again tomorrow morning at 8:30am! The Rockfish opener kicks off this Friday, March 1st! We have the Point Loma running the 1/2 day trip departing at 8:30 am and returning at 2:30 pm.
