The Point Loma returned from their last 1/2 day trip with 2 Calico Bass, 20 Sand Bass and 45 Sculpin.
Vagabond returned this morning from their 1.5 day trip down to Colonet with quite the haul for thier 26 Anglers: 21 Yellowtail, 25 Rockfish, 8 Lingcod, and limits (130!) of Red Rockfish.
The Mission Belle returned from their last Full Day trip with 141 Rock Fish, 26 Whitefish and 3 Sheephead for their run down to the islands.
Local Trips:
The 1/2 day boat Daily Double departs at 8:30 am for fishing at the local kelp beds and other hot spots. Ticket price is $50 for adults, $40 for seniors or active duty military and $35 for juniors. Return time is around 2:30 pm. A California fishing license will be additional. No passport required for this trip.
The Mission Belle is scheduled daily for full day trip to the Coronado Islands. This trip will be targeting Yellowtail, Bonito, Bass and Rockfish. A valid passport or passport card is required for all passengers going on the trip. Ticket price includes your Mexican fishing license, tourist visa and biosphere bracelet.
Lobster hoop netting trips:
The Josie Lynn has hoop netting trips Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Ticket price is $100 per person and includes two hoops. Trips are limited to 5 passengers max. All passengers will need a California fishing license and a lobster report card. Both are sold in our tackle shop. Food is available for purchase. Departure time is 4:30 pm with a return time of 10:30 pm.
Full Day Lobster/Rockfish Trips:
Along with their Twilight Lobster trips, the Josie Lynn will also be offering Full Day Combo trips on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. These trips leave at 10:00 am and return at 10:00 pm and fish for Rock Cod in Mexico in the morning and afternoon and hoop net for Lobster in the evening in San Diego. Trip cost is $250 per person. The trip is limited to 5 passengers and includes 2 lobster hoops per person. Mexican fishing permit, FMM travel visa, CA fishing license and Lobster report card are extra. A Valid passport or passport cards is required for this trip.
