Hello everyone; We arrived to Hurricane bank at 13:00 hours. Started trolling, and it didn’t take long before we had our first 4 way hook up. It was good fishing on the Wahoo today, with most in the 30 to 40 pound range, and a few larger one’s.
The tuna fishing was a bit slow at first, then things started picking up around 17:30 hours, with most of the fish in the 85 to 110 pound range. We did lost a larger fish, at color, after the fish chewed through the fluorocarbon leader.
Everyone landed at least one Wahoo today, while some had 3 to 4 fish each.
We will try to catch some flyers tonight, for kite baits and give it the old college try tomorrow. So wish us luck and we will keep you posted on our daily events.
