8:35am  Captain Kris Karpow aboard the Sea Watch has called in an update with 20 Yellowfin Tuna for his morning half day trip so far.  The 32 happy anglers still have some fish hanging with more time left to fish. 

9:45am  The Sea Watch is now up to 42 Yellowfin Tuna for their morning half day trip.  A size 2 hook with 20# or 25# line test has been the key.

The San Diego has been catching Yellowfin Tuna offshore this past week on three quarter day trips.  Those trips depart daily at 5:30am.

San Diego does it again

The San Diego does it again offshore, catching 122 yellowfin tuna(up to 40lbs) and 4 skipjack. Captain Bostian recommends bringing a 20 and a 30lb outfit equipped with a fluorocarbon leader and size 1 through 1/0 hooks. The San Diego and crew are now being nominated for Seaforths MVP of the year.
